Our vision
"My passion for vines is a family inheritance. It was Aunt Bruna - Bruna Zecchinato, a woman of wine - who passed on to me the love for our lands and for wine. From her I learned the pleasure of transforming grapes into quality wines and I became a winemaker Since 2009 I have taken over the leadership of the company which continues to be family-run and can count on 10 hectares of vineyards managed with care, dedication and passion.
It is thanks to natural cultivation methods and careful refinement work that the wines of the Azienda Agricola Mirù can, with good reason, rank among the best Italian wines, appreciated both in Italy and abroad. This is the vision on which I focus my commitment: to bring the flavor and aroma of my wines to the world and to make known the timeless charm of the Novara hills. "

The farm
The winery is structured in the center of Ghemme, next to the church of Santa Maria Assunta, built starting in 1666 and completed in 1863 with the construction of the Beata Panacea scurolo, designed by Antonelli.
In this suggestive atmosphere of the past, from our grapes strongly mineralized by the morainic-alluvial soil, a wine of "sacred" origins is born, with great structure and medium body; our cellar is right here, in the historic center and near the Patronal Church.
It will be a wise vinification and careful refinements in the cellar to give body to our wine. This is how fine wines are born, appreciated by the modern consumer who is looking for balanced and elegant wines, respectful of the territory they belong to.
